I do not have the expertise - not am I seeking any investments...i.e. I have no intention of starting such a business - but it would be cool if someone else did.
I thought a great idea for a new business would be to build a C-span-styled network for Iraq, translate it all to English, and play it simultaneously in both the US and Iraq/Middle East. Cable companies would pay to put that in the lineups, right?

so - what you should be thinking of is a fox news for the middle east. and that niche is filled quite nicely by al-jazeera. -

Uh.................not on any large level, tha's for sure. I can see individual investors with a history in the area (read: Iraqi exiles) doing work with their family or friends that are there, but anyone else? -
