Alternative funding for retail operation

I am assisting someone who owns a retail clothing store in San Francisco to acquire investors/partners. The operation has won recognition as the Best of … by the SF Weekly, SF Bay Guardian and SF Examiner as well as favorable press in the SF Chronicle and 7x7 magazine. The store has a strong following, strong private email list, and marketing. Funds are needed for expansion both online and instore.
