May I be so bold to point out that this is actually EARLY stage funding.
I may suggest that you look up the stages and definitions of funding. And, I'm not saying this to be a jerk, but any real funding body will look at you based upon your whole plan and understanding of the funding process, so it would behoove you to know what the score is with that.
